Postal address (for free entry, delivery of prizes, and billing)
Account login details and password (stored securely, hashed)
Ticket purchase history and wallet transaction records
Payment confirmation data from DNA Payments (we never store full card numbers)
Technical data such as IP address and browser type, for security and fraud prevention

3. Why We Collect It

To create and manage your account
To process ticket entries and wallet top-ups
To verify you are 18 or over and UK resident, as required by law
To contact winners and arrange prize delivery
To send you updates about competitions, if you've opted in
To detect and prevent fraud
To comply with our legal and regulatory obligations

4. Legal Basis

We process your data under the following lawful bases: contract (to provide the service you've signed up for), legal obligation (age verification, fraud prevention), and consent (marketing communications, which you can withdraw at any time).

5. Who We Share Data With

We share limited data with:

DNA Payments — to process wallet top-up payments securely
Supabase — our database and authentication provider, which stores your account data securely
Local business partners — only the information needed to fulfil a prize you've won (e.g. your name and delivery address), and only with your knowledge

We never sell your personal data to third parties.

6. How Long We Keep Your Data

We retain account and transaction data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, accounting, and fraud-prevention obligations. You can request deletion of your account at any time (see Section 8).

7. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember your preferences, and understand how the site is used.

Types of cookies we use:

Essential cookies — required for login sessions and core site functionality. These cannot be disabled.
Analytics cookies — help us understand how the site is used, so we can improve it. You can opt out of these.

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time. Disabling essential cookies may prevent the site from working correctly.
